Adaptive Action Sports (AAS), a leading non-profit dedicated to creating action sports opportunities for individuals with permanent physical disabilities, is proud to announce a new partnership with WHITESPACE for the 2024/25 snow season. This collaboration will support and amplify both organizations’ missions while empowering adaptive athletes to reach new heights in the world of snowboarding.
Founded by legendary snowboarder Shaun White, WHITESPACE is a performance-driven snow brand created to inspire riders to forge their unique path, transcend boundaries, and write their own story. This mission resonates deeply with Adaptive Action Sports’ vision of empowering athletes to overcome limitations and achieve their highest potential through action sports. “We are thrilled to partner with WHITESPACE, a brand that shares our belief in breaking barriers and creating new possibilities for riders of all abilities,” said Amy Purdy, co-founder of Adaptive Action Sports. “Together, we will work to ensure that adaptive snowboarders not only have access to the best equipment and training but are also encouraged to express their individuality and push the boundaries of what’s possible.”

Adaptive Action Sports’ mission is to create action sports events, camps, and clinics for youth, adults, and veterans living with permanent physical disabilities. This partnership with WHITESPACE will enable AAS to expand its programming, offering adaptive athletes access to high-quality gear designed to enhance their performance, as well as new training opportunities in snowboard competitions, camps, and clinics.
WHITESPACE, in turn, will be able to further its mission by supporting a community of riders who embody the spirit of resilience, creativity, and personal growth. Through this partnership, both organizations aim to inspire athletes to challenge themselves and redefine the boundaries of what can be achieved on the snow.
